Our team

Behind Jack there is a radar work of an experienced, well-attuned team. With 10 employees today, we enthusiastically ensure a worry-free experience for our tenants and a constant and daily growth of the property portfolio.

Our team consists of:

 

  • A team of investment professionals who analyse new acquisition files and purchase buildings. They also have overall responsibility for driving and optimising internal processes;

 

  • Our asset & property managers, who reconcile the interests of the tenants with those of Jack as a landlord. They are the point of contact for our tenants and thanks to their versatility - legal, technical, administrative and financial - they take on a wide range of tasks to ensure a smooth relationship with our tenants. Our tenants can come to them with questions about their lease, about rent payments, practical matters in the building and so much more;

 

  • An in-house handyman service - the Comfort Brigade. These dedicated handymen and women make your house feel like a home. They keep our buildings in excellent condition every day.

 

At a group level, we are further assisted by a management team, a CFO, COO, a marketing manager and staff who support us administratively.

When our tenants want to notify us of a repair or other notification, they can easily do so by scanning the QR code in their flat or building, sending us a photo and description of the report, and we do the rest. Directed by the asset & property managers, the Comfort Brigade then goes out to take care of everything.
