As a family, we have been active in property development for generations. Over the years, we decided to keep some of these buildings under our own management. We recently realised that the attention and time spent managing these buildings and following up with tenants was preventing us from doing what we do best: developing real estate projects. With Jack, we found the relief we needed: a smooth transaction with a reliable party in accordance with agreements made.
