Are you interested?

Fill out our tenant form as completely as possible if you are interested in an apartment. We would appeal receiving the following documents from you so that we can do our homework in the meantime: 

- Copy of your ID card

- Recent pay stubs or proof of other income (last 3 months) 

- Proof of payment of the current rent (last 3 months)  

- Certificate of your family composition

Congrats!

You have been selected as the new tenant of Jack! But not stress, we’ll take care of everything for you! We will draw up te contract and handle the registration.

Payments in a nutshell

Once the contract is signed by both parties, you will transfer the first month’s rent and the deposit. At this point, we also ask you to provide proof of insurance.

Time for the inventory!

We will set up an inventory, in your presence. At this moment, the meter readings for electricity, gas and water will be registered. 

The best part of the inventory? The keys to your new home will be handed over!

Almost finished...

As a new tenant, it is your responsibility for setting up contracts with utility companies for electricity and gas, as well as with the water supplier, after receiving the meter readings.

Our Comfort Brigade is in charge of making your house feel like a home, with nothing to worry about. Consisting of dedicated handymen and women, the Comfort Brigade focuses on keeping all our buildings in excellent condition and ensures necessary repairs are carried out in time. If our tenants want to notify us about a repair, they can scan the QR-code in their apartment or in the building, send us a picture and description of the problem, and we do the rest.
